can you set UPDATE_NOTIFIER_IS_DISABLED env variable to true and can you tell us the results?

You can set it like this.

"dev": "UPDATE_NOTIFIER_IS_DISABLED=true refine start",
// .env
UPDATE_NOTIFIER_IS_DISABLED=true
