Keep getting this error when installing refine and refine dev, been stuff for a while I need help

it's seems you have typo on that command. last character shouldn't have "."

npm create refine-app@latest -- -o refine-headless tutorial worked as expected in my computer.
I suggest to you uninstall and install node again. Also please make sure node verison should be atleast 18.5
