Need a developer for a simple CRM based of Refine (Paid)

I am looking for a developer to create a CRM baser of Refine.
It’s an internal system for our business that offers hotel stays in the form of gift cards B2B.
We need three views: sales agent, admins & hotels.
The sales agents can view a list of their own orders with filters for searching through them. They can also create orders based on a product list defined by the admins.
The admins can create new users, view all sales, edit all sales, and manage products as well as some basic statistics.
The hotels needs to be able to redeem gift cards based on the codes specified on each order. Gift cards needs to be active (paid) to be used, which is a manuel admin task. Hotels can also view number of redeemed gift cards with filtering options and a large box displaying their payout for the given month.
Looking for quotes on this, need it done asap!
